Successfully migrated our entire warehouse robot fleet (45 AMRs) from Humble to Kilted Turtle. Total downtime: 6 hours. Performance gains: CPU usage down 35%, real-time DDS latency improved 40%, Nav2 path planning 20% faster. Breaking changes were minimal β mainly tf2 API updates and Python 3.12 requirement.
